Tenants should receive their rent statements from Loans and Receivables the first week of the month. Rent is due by the 15th of each month.

Payments must be RECEIVED, not postmarked by the deadline indicated on the billing statement. DO NOT take payments to the Village Office.

Registration fees MUST BE PAID by July 15 for Fall Semester and December 15 for Spring semester. All other delinquent accounts over $50.00 will be assessed penalties according to the following:

• $20.00 on accounts 1 month past due
• $25.00 on accounts 2 months past due and monthly thereafter until the account is brought current.
