Parking

                

  

Each apartment is assigned one parking space in the Village. There are GUEST spaces throughout the Village for your visitors. Make sure to only park in your assigned spot: cars illegally parked in RESERVED spots will be ticketed and towed.

Please take the time to read the following parking policies to make sure you don't receive a ticket:

  1. All residents must display a Village parking decal on their vehicle. The parking decal must be placed on the rear left bumper. Decals are available at the Village office. There is no fee for the parking decal.
  2. All vehicles parked in the Village, including motorcycles and mopeds, must have license plates with current registration tags. This includes vehicles parked in RESERVED spaces and all other Village parking spots. Vehicles in violation will be cited and/or towed at the owner's expense.
  3. All vehicles parked in the Village must be operational. This includes vehicles parked in RESERVED spaces and all other Village parking spots. Vehicles in violation will be cited and/or towed at the owner's expense.
  4. All abandoned vehicles parked anywhere in the Village will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
  5. Trailers and other non-motorized vehicles may not be parked or stored in the Village. Boats may not be stored in the Village.
  6. Motorcycles and mopeds must be parked in designated street and parking lot spaces and may never be parked next to or inside any Village buildings.
  7. Vehicles may only park in designated parking areas. Vehicles parked on sidewalks, lawns, curbs, and other unmarked areas will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
  8. Vehicles parked in Village spaces marked GUEST, or parked in unassigned or unnumbered spaces may not be parked longer than 72 hours. Violators will be cited and/or towed.
  9. Whenever a vehicle is ticketed or towed, it is at the owner's expense.
  10. For towed vehicles and citations call UCPD non-emergency at 642-6760.
