Clerk Applications are now being accepted for
Summer 2007 and the 2007-2008 Academic year.

Clerk positions are available with Resident Directors, Academic Program Coordinators,Assistant Directors, and Central Staff. Clerks are typically hired at the beginning of the academic year.

Clerk applications are accepted throughout the year. Once an application is submitted, it remains on file throughout the year, until hired or unless the individual submitting the application requests to be removed from the pool.

Applications may be picked up from the Office of Student Development on the third floor of the Residential and Student Services Building at 2610 Channing Way, or may be downloaded from this site.

For summer, although we do accept applications, please note that very few new Clerks are hired, as we typically have more returning staff than positions available. Also, please make sure to use the correct application for summer (the application will be for the summer and the FOLLOWING academic year).
