Application Process:

1. Download the application (Right click and 'Save Link As" to download)

2. Read the Consent Form (Side 1 of the Packet) and Sign at the bottom

3. Fill out Side 2 of the Packet

4. Remember, the Residence Hall Assembly will review the sponsorship proposal based on the following criteria:

*The degree of resident involvement in the program/event
*The impact of the events on residents as members of a larger community.
*The degree of publicity within the Residence Halls

5. Turn in the application to the RHA Office in Unit 1, Christian Hall L03, or mail the application to the address listed on the application

6. Present the program to the assembly at an RHA meeting

7. Put on the Program and have a great time!!

8. Present the program's turn out and success to the assembly

9. Turn in receipts to the Administrative Director
